Corporate Security Analyst - Situation Room in Stuttgart

Corporate Security protects employees, values and business processes of the Daimler AG worldwide. In order to achieve security, analyses and monitoring of security situation globally as well as a functioning emergency and crisis management is key.

Support us managing security risks for our employees and our company all over the world!

Your tasks will be:

24/7 Situation Center and security consulting:
Monitoring of security situations.
Analyses and assessments of identification of security risks around the globe.
Production of situation reports for management and other business entities.
Giving security advices to business travelers, expats and local employees.

Incident, emergency and crisis management:
Reporting of significant security incidents to top management in order to facilitate quick risk controlling.
Support of the crisis management team by providing necessary and relevant information in time.

International security management and network:
Continuous information exchange with (international) security officers and other entities (companies, authorities) as well as maintaining and extending the existing internal and external security network.

Quality management:
Development of standards, processes and procedures for work at the 24/7 situation center.
Development of appropriate training concepts and conducting of respective trainings for the 24/7 situation center.
Support of the board of management security:
Participating in quick reaction force in case of incoming alarms/ emergency calls.
Conducting measures to prevent dangers such as reconnaissance.

Study of security management, social science or economy or comparable education

Experience or specific knowledge:
Experience in managing crises and in analysis of security risks
Experience in security agencies or comparable institutions is advantageous
Wide knowledge about processes in large companies advantageous

Good MS-Office skills

Language skills:
Proficient in German and English
Further language skills advantageous

Soft skills:
Team player, driven to win, able to deal with conflict and to work under pressure
High level of communication skills, analytic mindset and autonomous working

This is a full-time job (also suitable for part-time) in shift work.
