Objective of job

The objectives of this role include supporting of the director in administrative tasks, ensuring documentation and reporting of the project planning and status to project lead and cooperate and communication with counterparts in Germany as well as Coordination and Planning of events and workshops within the Global CoC.


Tasks

Provide administrative support to Director and  manage daily routines of Director office
Monitor and documentation the overall implementation status of CoC projects and ensure the delieverables (presentation, status report, documentation, planning and tracking of next steps) can be achieved according to the defined timeline. Monitor and follow-up on todo lists, collect status from project team members. Create overall presentations for management information.
Communication channel between CoC Beijing projects and global counterparts. Planning and organising of project meetings (location, agenda, speakers, presentations) Creation and distribution of meeting minutes. 
Coordinate and organize events and visits related to department and projects, planning of workshops, create purchase orders for external support in cooperation with purchasing. Evaluate external support offers and align with purchasing. Ensure creation of needed visa application documents and invitation letters.

 

 

Education
- Bachelor or Master Degree in business/economics or relevant major
- Project management experience desirable
Job Experience
- First working experience in multi-national corporate environment
- Experience in international projects
Specific Knowledge
- Knowledge of project management
- Strong logical and analytical capabilities
- Good communication skills
- Business-level English
- German desirable
- A high degree of flexibility, mobility and a willingness to travel
