Information about the department
 
Sales Controlling Department is responsible for:
- Steering Domestic and International Sales from financial perspective

- Reporting financials and non-financials KPIs to decision making for top management

- Monitoring Daimler subsidiaries and Distributors

- Analyzing and forecasting financial figures of the markets





Your Roles and Tasks 
 
The Sales Controller will be responsible for:


- Extract and consolidate source data for subsequent analysis
- Update and improve regular (monthly, quarterly, yearly) financial reports to top management

- Check and process accruals, special price & payout requests, and create monthly budget tracking report

- Control fixed cost of international sales functions (HQ Office, RC/MPC)

- Maintain department SharePoint

- Automate reporting & controlling processes using BI tools, especially Microsoft Power BI

Practical knowledge and experiences
- Business Administration or Data Analysis background, focus on Finance/Controlling, Sales, Marketing, or related areas


- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point

- Experience in data analysis and management

 
Personal skill requirement
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Open minded, flexible, team oriented  





Language skills
- English level : Business/Native

- Japanese level : Preferable, but not mandatory
