Facility Management Engineer 设施管理工程师

Objectives

For the newly established “RD Tech Center China” we are looking for an experienced engineer who is capable of fulfilling the following tasks:


•Develop and implement Facility-Management related processes for the test lab facility and the infrastructure:
-Develop and define needed processes to ramp-up and run the future test lab facility and the infrastructure from a facility maintenance point of view
-Collaborate with Building-planners and support to plan all facility-related topics for a smooth ramp-up
-Take care that processes comply to Daimler-internal and official laws


•Support to select and in own responsibility coordinate the Facility-Management vendor:
-Support inwriting the spec-book with the requirements for the FM-vendor
-Support duringselection and procurement phase for FM-vendor
-Align interfaces between FM-vendor and internalprocesses
-Plan and control budget for the FM-vendor
-Supervise FM-vendor in daily business
-Troubleshooting


•Build the interface to the test lab equipment maintenance:
-Have a strong collaboration with equipment maintenance
-Implement defined hook-up points for equipment and building maintenance
-Support maintenance especially during acceptance-phase


•Plan and operate stock for non-productive material:
-Collaborate with equipment maintenance for stocking of machine spare parts
-Document spare parts in the system and align replenishment-process
-Plan and control annual budget
-Operate stock in daily business


•Plan and control the budget for the Facility Management of the Tech Center:
-Plan and control the overall budget for the Facility Management of the Tech Center in alignment with Controlling
-Support to provide several reports

Qualifications

•Education:
-Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with Master/Bachelor degree or comparable education or comparable knowledge and experience
-At least 3-5 years working experience as Facility Management Engineer or in other Technical Services related centers


•Experience & Specific Knowledge:
-Experience in dealing with/supervising external suppliers
-Experience in Facility-Management topics
-Experience in Building-Maintenance topics
-Experience in Building-Technology (HVAC, energy-supply, compressed air-supply, …)
-Experience in Automation, Pneumatic, Hydraulics
-Be familiar with problem solving tools (PDCA, 8D, …) and with “5S”
-Very good English skills mandatory
-German speaking is an advantage
