IT Infrastructure Specialist(IT架构)

Objective of job (abbreviated)
•Collect and understand business requirement, build network solutions to meet business requirements
•Project support on network solution development, review with overseas teams, monitor quality and progress of local implementation to ensure on-time and high quality delivery
•Own and resolve complex operational issues, troubleshoot problems using structured processes, perform root-cause analysis
•Lead major change requests, work with other global infrastructure teams to prepare/implement/tesing for the change
•Plan development for large scale hardware refreshment and firmware upgrading, and ensure business continuity
•PoC and UAT organization with BU, supporting teams, and external vendors
•Review operational process and develop standards where appropriate
•Design and build operational reports to provide an overview of network service healthy status
•Create knowledgebase to share experiences
•Maintain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders
•Other jobs assigned

Task description
1. Network infrastructure operation
- Pro-actively manage and monitor customer’s network infrastructure to meet the defined service levels
- Ensure appropriate troubleshooting/escalation is done for the monitored devices
- To ensure that all open tickets are handled according to the defined priority and SLA
- Troubleshooting, systematic analysis and diagnosis on network faults and problems
- Conduct root cause analysis on network faults
- Organise and monitor the timely deployments of any upgrades, patches, warranty, hardware recycle, etc.
- Ensure major change quality for accuracy, minimize risk to business
- Critical business and key users support
- WLAN onsite survey & performance improvement for all workspaces, fix WLAN issues
- Monitor WLAN performance through tools, pro-active advice for fine-tuning to satisfy business growing and environment change
- PoC/UAT testing organization and report consolidation
- Taking SPOC role and enhance communication with backend teams
2. Network solution design
- Network infra. solution design by BU request and for projects, including office campus, warehouse network environments, compliance with corporate standards
- WLAN solution design for office/warehouse/factory/IoT environments, working out deployment plan, wireless predictions
- WLAN infra. optimization plan based radio on site survey to reslove WLAN issue, improve user experience
- Review network solution with backend teams with business requirement, to achieve a realistic and cost-effective technical solution and BOM development 3. Projects support (Service Delivery)
- Network project implementation in campus network infrastructure field
- Manage schedule, and internal and external resources, and deployment of LAN/WLAN infrastructure
- New technology/solution exploration, satisfying new business requirement

-University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent higher education
-8 years experience in MNC network infrastructure implementation/operation, focus on large campus network environment
-Experience in routing and switching, solid LAN/WLAN deployment and troubleshooting
-Experience in ITIL-based operation organization, working with different vendors

Specific Knowledge
-Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of OSPF/VSS/WLAN/IPSec VPN, Cisco WLC/LAN switch
-Strong problem-resolving and troubleshooting skills
-Customer orientation with a “service first” mindset and being a self-starter who takes responsibility for a range of activities and tasks
-Team work with global teams
-Proactive and very self-reliant working style
-Stron presentation skill
-Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders and customers -Strong verbal and written in Mandarin and English skills
-Willing to learn the new technology and adaption in ever changing environment -CCIE (R&S, WLAN) certificate will be an advantage
