Objective of job 
- To understand Mercedes-Benz brand to create outstanding and heart touching communication/creative assets from cluttered advertising environment
- Well manage company resource and maximize effectiveness and efficiency of communication - advertising
- Strongly support sales with direct response marketing strategies
- Rapidly react / respond the changes and figuring the best solution for Mercedes-Benz brand image.
- Employ innovative and creative execution to best communicate leading position of Mercedes-Benz brand and model range (Mainly focus on NGCC and SUV range)

 
Main tasks
1 Brand and product communication strategy development
- Strategy development
- Summary and reporting
2 Advertising effectiveness study
- Maximize effectiveness and efficiency
- Reporting
- Competitor advertising study
3 Creative development and production
- Mercedes-Benz product line: C-Class/E-Class/S-Class, Dream car family
- Mercedes-Maybach: Maybach S600
- Auto show creative support: A-show, B-show
- Retail & showroom creative support
- Seasonal Campaign creative development
4 Agency management (creative agency, research agency, production house, translation agency)
- Daily communication with agency for detail briefing
- Agency review and quality control
5 Finance & Controlling team coordination
- Procurement preparation and follow ups
- Contract and other finance logistics arrangement
- Process management
 

Qualification
- Bachelor Degree or above, international education background preferred
- Marketing practice experience over 5 years;
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong planning and implementation capabilities
- Rich knowledge and experience in advertising.
- 4A advertising agency background preferred.
