Plan, prepare and conduct audits and supplier visits for evaluation of supplier risks in the supply chain. Early detection of risks for the supply of Mercedes Benz plants.
Manage the internal interfaces between Legal, Procurement, Treasury, Plants, R&D, Controlling, relevant parties of the JV partner and ensure that the interests of Daimler are ensured during insolvency cases, especially with other creditors, banks and other customers.
Internal alignment of measures for restructuring cases with all relevant parties (Legal, Procurement, Treasury, Plants, R&D, Controlling, JV partner etc.)
Steering and coordination of all Daimler activities during insolvency- and restructuring cases (e.g. contracts, payments, resource- and relocation management).
Represent Supplier Risk Management in the relevant forums, coordinate and report on activities. Contact suppliers in risk-related issues, ensure distribution of relevant project information for assigned suppliers. Continuously improvement of processes and methods within the team and related functions.
Monitoring of all measures during restructuring- and insolvency cases.
Studies in Business with focus on Risk Management within the fields of business and engineering, industrial engineering or technical education background.
Minimum of 5 years work experiences in automotive industries and production processes/administration processes.
Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
Know-how and experience in the field of restructuring- and insolvency management.
Willingness of frequent travelling.
High analytical and social competencies, very good in communication and moderation.
