Manager Sales Strategy 销售战略经理

Task Description:


Support the EVP of MBAF Sales and Marketing with developing a comprehensive sales strategy and continuously ensure the alignment of the MBAF Sales & Marketing Strategy with the overall MBAF, MBL and BMBS strategies. 


Liaise with the relevant personnel in MBAF (i.e. Office of the President and CEO, Business Development team, et al.), MBL and BMBS to ensure that the MBAF Sales & Marketing Strategy supports the overall strategic direction of MBAF, MBL and BMBS.


Facilitate internal department communication on Strategy direction.


Analyze market behavior and competitive environment; challenges and opportunities, develop high level action plans to support strategic initiatives.


Establish a market intelligence mechanism and reporting channel that include competitive landscape overview and SWOT analysis, and update S&M leadership team on regular basis.


Coordinate S&M sales planning and department budget preparation and provide monitoring mechanism on regular basis


As part of this task, develop and maintain a controlling mechanism, which ensures that the MBAF Sales & Marketing’s Leadership team is regularly and consistently appraised of any potential status changes (i.e. cost under-spend, cost overrun etc.).   


Support EVP of Sales and Marketing with the develop presentations to communicate the MBFS China Value Proposition and support with internal and external conferences and workshops. 


Ensure that all strategic KPIs and projects for MBAF Sales & Marketing are adequately reported, analyzed, prioritized, scoped and supported by detailed project implementation plans.

Functionality Skills:
- Process and technical skills
- 5+ years experience in financial industry with solid knowledge of captive finance business operations

Experience and education:
- BA in Business or Finance
- Master in Business or Finance (preferred)
