Driver Assistance- Quality Analyst

Position : Quality Assurance Responsible for Advanced Driver assistance Systems
Experience : 4 to 7 Years
Position Summary:
QAR is responsible for steering and guiding ADAS projects to achieve / enhance overall quality (both product quality and process quality) by deploying best practices and ensuring Process Compliance and Process Improvements that results in increasing product quality, reducing cost of poor quality, while maintaining 100% customer/user satisfaction. This role involves traits of Drive for Results, Team Player, Change Orientation, Customer Focus and Self-Awareness.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand existing process know-how and project landscape within the project/organisation and enhance Product Quality by defining and executing Quality Plan in accordance with organizational QMS and ASPICE standards.
2. Ensure Process Compliance and deploy best practices across projects
3. Ability to perform Process Harmonization and implement Process Improvements
4. Define , deploy and track relevant KPI’s applicable to the projects
5. Perform assessments/ audits and Software Maturity reviews.
6. Manage, execute and track quality activities (including Release Management) in projects to achieve targets for time, cost and quality; in case of deviations drive escalations at different levels internal and external and track to closure
7. Conduct Supplier monitoring activities
8. Collaboration with other regional quality teams and global teams to ensure process adherence across organization including suppliers
9. Conduct periodic meetings with all stakeholders to ensure planned quality activities performed.
10. Conduct Process Trainings.
11. Generate MSR covering all aspects or parameters of Project / Product Quality and report to the management
Basic Qualification:
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/Information Technology
Skill Requirements:
0. Exposure to Quality Management practices supporting embedded system projects
1. Exposure to Product development or   ECU/ System development
2. Understanding of Automotive SPICE or any other equivalent quality standard and implementation experience
3. Thorough understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodologies
4. Process Definition, deployment and harmonization experience
5. Exposure to Supplier monitoring activities
6. KPIs definitions and analysis experience
7. Must possess the skills to work and lead Q-initiatives or topics independently interfacing with various stake holders including suppliers
8. Supplier Quality Monitoring
9. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Additional Skills (nice to have):
0. Basic knowledge on German language
1. Lead or Provisional Assessor in at least one independent Program Audit for ASPICE Level 3 standards
2. Knowledge on ISO 26262 and   ISO/TS16949

Basic Qualification:
