Task Description

Law Firm Development & Management
- Develop new law firms according to business growth

- Be responsible for new agent set up /Due diligence and contract sign off process

- Update frame contract and SLA base on business needs and outsourcing guideline.

Law Firm Performance Evaluation
- Monthly law firm performance evaluation, monitor SLA implementation status provide feedback on regular team meeting

- Train law firm on internal collection process, develop the collection ability for law firms, enhance the cooperation between litigation and collection

- Conduct annual review and onsite audit to all law firms

Litigation process optimization & initiatives follow up
- Support manager to optimize litigation process and be responsible for initiatives follow up

- Seek digital solution for litigation, such as system enhancement for improving data exchange efficiency between company and law firms.

- Be involved in litigation related project to optimize litigation process

Team Work Support
- Support Training and on the job supporting to junior litigation team members,

- Support manager to setup team KPI and monitor achievement status.

- Support manager on Internal and Cross Department Communication

      Support of Manager  in other tasks and projects


Bachelor degree or above in Law/Finance, master degree is preferred
Good English, both in written and spoken



Legal or collection experience in a Financial Services Company, Bank, or Law firm for at least 3 years, having Legal Professional Qualification Certificate is preferred

Specific Knowledge

Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills
Proficient MS office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in English and Chinese
