Logistics Specialist

- Takeover of operational activities in cooperation with external service providers and other plant departments
- In-house logistic controlling and improvement
- Supporting the collection and monitoring of data, creation of reports and preparing presentation documentation
- Develop important reports, outline/schedule and conduct stock-taking as at when due
- Reviewing documents, technical data, and related reports and supporting the development of logistics plans
- Collaborating with a variety of teams and internal customers to identify, prioritize, and assess key logistics assets and infrastructures
- Help in planning and maintaining of logistics policies and procedures
- Take part in rump up meetings regarding new projects, collecting information relevant to logistic department
- Supporting the Department Manager with all assigned tasking
- Ensure right information flow between logistic and new project teams
- Prepare graphic description of logistic processes, defining process details with other departments
      Monitor of external service provider:
 
- Monitors status of goods damages – transport damages and intern damages
- Monitoring  differences between logistic and financial system, taking corrective measure
- Monitoring correctness of bills issued by logistic  service provider
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to  external service provider

- Education: Technical / Secondary School or higher (University degree) preferably with logistical background
- Experience: Several years in logistic related functions. Process planning, material management, project management, transport management etc.
- Language knowledge: Polish and good communicative English, communicative German nice-to-have
- Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process
- Good customer care ability
- Ability to work as part of a team whenever it is necessary to do so
- Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks
- Excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all times
- Ability to be proactive when dealing with customer complaints or requests
- Good numerical and IT skills, very good Excel knowledge (pivot tables)
- Any other professional certification will be of added advantage.
