Supplier Quality Management during new product projects:
• Supplier pre-selection, potential analysis and release
• Supplier development in terms of quality improvement at nominated suppliers for all aspects of quality
• Development of process and product quality requirements for new products based on quality norms, defect data and technical specifications
• Supprort the technical development of new products from quality function
• Conduct audits at supplier and responsible for the process & product release
Operational Supplier Quality Management
• Analyze supplier quality issues and deviations, solve the problems and improve delivery quality
• Claim management
• Collect and analyze supplier quality performance data include PPM and 8D Cycle time, support supplier to use proper quality methods/tools to improve processes
• Monitor the implementation of measures and their effectiveness at supplier
• Plan and conduct task as Supplier VDA Audit or potential analysis, ensure proper documentation
• Provide professional inputs from quality perspective
• University degree in Engineering, i.e. Automotive, Mechanical or Electronic
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in an international environment in the relevant field, ideally in the automotive industry
• Certificated as Auditor according to VDA 6.3
• Professional experience in Quality Management according to VDA, DIN ISO 9001 (IATF16949), DIN ISO 14001
• Experience in evaluating manufacturing processes, knowledge of automotive parts
• Good team work spirit
• Persuasive and able to communicate in a structured and logical way
• Accept travelling
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
• German speaking is of advantage
