● Assignment Consultation:
- Managing a complex and growing (different home-host-country combinations) assignee population on different levels in different functions
- Providing HR support in aspect of relocation, visa, housing, etc. to assignees and their accompanying family members to ensure assignments happen
- Providing consultation to local HRBP, Business Units (BU) and other stakeholders on Global Mobility Policy and processes
- Execute and control assignment process under adherence to the respective processes, policies and compliance requirements
- First assessment and handling of special cases and steering the escalation process 
- Regular communication with and have effective influence on interfaces (BU, HRBP, Headquarter, home GAM Consultation)
- Proactively align with HRS/GS CoC team in terms of special cases
- Conduct individual on-site consultation for assignees
- Actively host/participate in global HRS/GS workshops, conferences and meetings
● Assignment Administration:
- Properly maintain individual assignment data in HR system/HR database and share with interfaces
- Organize administrative processes for assignment cycle (relocation, flight, etc.)
- Filing assignee’s personal and related documents to ensure alignment with internal control processes
● Ad-hoc project:
- Lead/assist clearly defined projects within HRS/GS or HRC and report project status
- Actively host/participate in global HRS/GS projects
- Support new entity/JV setup where necessary
● Miscellaneous:
- Give feedback on policy optimization and suggest possible solutions
- Sharing knowledge internally and foster a common mindset
- Ensure equal treatment to assignees by aligning with relevant policies and regulations
- Stand in for other team members when required

● Education:
Bachelor Degree, major in HR or Social Sciences
● Experience:
- At least 3 years working experience in HR / Global Assignment Management or related industry
- Intercultural competence. Working experience in an international company or study abroad is advantageous
● Specific Knowledge:
- Good English skills
- Strong communication skills, customer oriented mindset, multitasking, reliable and accurate in details
- Proficient MS Office skill such as Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Fast learner, open minded and creative thinker with strong self-motivation
