Introduction of IT
We at ITC/A (Information Technology Commercial Vehicles Asia) take care of digitally enabling our business partners and ensuring business continuity be developing and maintaining new IT systems.
Be it our Production systems that keep our production and operations running, our Finance systems that run our accounting and controlling processes or our Sales systems that capture customer and sales data – we at IT manage all of those.
We work closely with the business partners to accelerate digital transformation by optimizing existing systems and speeding up processes #TwiceAsFast.
We do this by defining new approaches to business models that generate deeper insights and provide predictive solutions for the business.
Evaluate and design solutions for key architectural aspects for the platform such as micro-services framework, event based orchestration, on premise system data extraction and provisioning, container orchestration, container and application health monitoring, API management, identity and access management.
Lead an agile team of senior and junior software developers and engineers in designing and delivering solutions for specific business cases supported by the platform.
Provide mentoring and consulting support to developers and engineers.
Support project leadership in delivering solutions within time, budget and acceptable quality.
Analyze and research new technologies and infrastructures necessary to provide efficient and cost effective solutions for scaling and upgrading the platform.
1 FoF project Azure Architecture Responsible for creating and maintaining Azure based Microservice architecture for FoF 2 FoF project Azure Architecture Work regularly on Kaizen activities related for existing FoF use cases . This is for process as well as technical perspective. 3 Provide troubleshooting advisors Provide trouble analysis and troubleshooting advice for all FoF systems experienced in the past.
MES, MF, various client server systems. 4 shopfloor IT security management IT person in charge of introducing SITS2.0
Currently working on asset management in cooperation with the production headquarters. 5 Impact analysis for Interfacing system Work with Data architect to for new systems & existing system enhancements having impact on/from FoF Use cases. Carry out impact analysis and provide guidance for best solution.
- Expertise in designing solutions on major cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and services therein.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing distributed enterprise applications, including those hosted on cloud, involving system integration aspects.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate complex IaaS / PaaS / SaaS concepts to engineering team as well as other stakeholders.
- Expert level proficiency with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C/C++, C#.
- Expert Level proficiency in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipeline processes; automated build and test systems (e.g. Jenkins /Maven).
- Experience of working in distributed teams of software developers and engineers in an agile setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Objected Oriented, SOA/micro-services and Cloud Architecture patterns.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, spoken Japanese skills would be of added advantage
