Accident Business Project Management

Key points and objectives of the position
Project manager to conduct market and intelligence research, understand industry policy changes and have in-depth insights about market dynamic and customer needs; Assist management team to develop and implement Accident Management Strategy and conduct effective communication with stakeholders
Project management: Make business improvement plans based on the development strategy; Understand different needs from customers, dealers and Regions; develop competitive service products to capture market changes; and take charge of product launch and implementation
Project execution: Conduct sufficient internal and external communication, supervise and manage front-line execution, monitor the project progress and achieve business growth through effective implementation
Task description
Development and Implementation of Strategy
Obtain in-depth understanding of the market changes, challenges and cusotmer demands throuth market and intelligence research
Assist management team to develop Accident Management Strategy and work out impemtation plan
Maintain smooth and efficient communication with stakeholders to create alignment on Strategy and implementation plans
Accident Management Operation
Develop proposals regarding fundamental problems or project related to accident management
Monitor the market development and dealership performance of insurance business and accident repair throughput and parts turnover
Identify dealership current problems on accident repair and insurance business and develop countermeasures
Work with other After-sales teams to apply countermeasures to improve dealership performance on accident repair business and customer satisfaction
Accident/Insurance KPI steering and projects support
Ensure the retail processes aligned with global standard as well as adapted to meet local market needs
Develop and update accident business KPI steering tools
Support projects including training and communication with insurers, communication tools development and etc

Qualification
Skills/Experience/Attributes:
More than 3 years working experience (preferably in automotive industry)
Solid automotive after-sales retail operation experiences or Auto Insurance operation experiences
Deep cultural understanding as well as excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Strong Customer and Service Focus
Excellent analytical and conceptual ability
Automotive retailing, dealer management and workshop experience is a plus
Specific knowledge:
Fluent in English & Chinese, and good command of MS Office applications
Willing to travel frequently within China
Education/Training:
University or colleague (business, economics, engineering)
