Service Contract Management, CS V-Class & Vito/DENZA

Key points and objectives of the position
Service Contract is an important customer retention tool. This job is responsible for Service Contract management for Van and DENZA, including product management and sales steering.
Task description
1. Product Management of Service Contracts for VAN and DENZA
• Develop & Optimize product portofolio of VAN with customer retention consideration
• Develop & Optimizeproduct portofolio of DENZA with NEV specific consideration
• New product development, including business case analysis, market needs investigation, product portfolio & price design
2. Service Contract Sales Steering
• Set-up reasonable and challenging sales target on country, region and dealer level, and define measures in case of deviation
• Design commercial policy to steer retail sales & ensure effective implementation
• Co-work with Sales for SSSC products development and sales
• Develop & implement dealer communication & training concept
• Develop regular KPI reports to evaluate SC performance
• Support Service Marketing colleague on marketing promotion and campaign
3. Operational Management and Support
• Support dealer in daily business and handle dealer inquiries on Service Contracts sales & claims
• Support Service Contract wholesale & retail system maintenance & optimization

4. Other Bussiness Potential/Customer Retention Project Support
• Support team on ad-hoc business potential tasks when needed( i.e. parts trading/accident management/reman parts)

Qualification
5-8 years experience in the automotive business, substantial international automotive industry experience needed
Knowledge of After-Sales parts/service business
Strong analytical skill and strategic thinking
Strong communication and presentation skills
Positive & responsive attitude
