About the department: Our Video Team is mainly responsible for our video presentation solution in in-vehicle infotainment domain. Achieving this goal involves using various technologies, frameworks and hardware interfaces. A state of the art, hardware-agnostic video handling architecture is among the main expected deliveries of this team.
 


Responsibilities



  • Lead definition of features for the Product Backlog

  • Support team members in understanding the features being defined in the Product Backlog

  • Make sure the high level plan is aligned with and accepted by the stakeholders and all involved parties

  • Together with the customer and other stakeholders, develop new user stories

  • Help your Scrum team to achieve more in every sprint

  • Work on the strategic focus of the product

  • Empower the team to build a product that creates great values for our customers and users

Profile



  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification

  • Multiple years of experience in developing complex software products in the series production, i.e. automotive, aviation, etc.

  • Experience with at least one or more of the following technologies: GStreamer, DRM, Wayland, QNX, Video Codecs, Linux Rendering Stack

  • Understanding of both Agile (e. g. Scaled Scrum Frameworks) and Classic Waterfall Development Processes

  • Orientation and Communication within Larger Organizations

  • Well-developed communication and team work skills, even in tough situations

  • Fluent in English 


Ideally, you also have



  • Experience with interfacing different hardware vendors, executing communication and achieving technical and strategical alignments

  • Experience in the area of In-Vehicle Infotainment Systems and Leading Automotive Projects
